For those of you that have not heard of the USA Cheerleaders, let us tell you a little about them and who they are.
The USA Cheerleaders are a dedicated and patriotic group of Professional Cheerleaders with unwavering Respect for our Military, the Flag and our Country. And….they like to “show off their BLINGZ” from MyKini Blingz. The USA Cheerleader were established in 1988 with a mission to support the men and women in our armed forces.
They are in the process of creating a “2013 Support The Troops” calendar and MyKini Blingz is pround to be a sponsor of that. If anyone is interested in being a sponsor of this calendar, placing an ad within, or simply making a donation to this organization, please contact Ken@cheerleading-usa.com or call (301) 876-4578. Be sure to check out their website at www.cheerusa.org to find out more about their scheduled appearances, the organization and the Cheerleaders.
We would like to introduce you to USA Cheerleader Rachel (notice she’s wearing her “I LOVE CHEER” Blingz on her jacket pull tie!):
“As most of you may know we are the first professional cheerleading team that volunteers our time to support our troops in as many ways as we possibly can. I personally have traveled as far as …northern NY to NC as well as the Naval Base in Gulf Port MS for events. I have been a member of the team for what will be two years in April and I have loved every minute of it. It is such an honor to be able to work side by side with America’s true heroes. I am a Senior studying Meteorology at Millersville University in Pennsylvania. I am hoping to declare a math minor so I can attend Graduate School to go into atmospheric research working with severe weather and public safety. I just want to say thank you to all of our fans for supporting us and helping confirm that what we are all so passionate about is a good thing. I also want to say a HUGE thank you to our director Ken because without him, we would not be here at all. His hard work and dedication trumps ours by an infinitesimal amount and I truly do not have the words to say how important he is not only as a coach/director but a close friend.
The photo on the right was taken at an Operation Welcome Home event at BWI. The photo is blurry because the soldier decided he wanted a Welcome Home hug, from Caroline & the photographer wasn’t fast enough for the spontaneous gesture. But what an AWESOME Welcome Home it was!!
